Meet Dr John Herbert

B.Sc, BDS (N.Z), Grad Cert Dent (Adel), Grad Dip Clin Dent (Syd), FRACDS

Dr Herbert has been in general dentistry for 25 years and has been surgically placing dental implants and restoring them for more than 20 years elevating him to one of Australia’s more experienced practitioners in this field.During this time, he has attended numerous postgraduate training and education courses both in Australia and overseas. Dr Herbert demonstrated to final year dental students in practical crown and bridgework for two years, at the Dental School, University of Western Australia and has lectured in both Queensland and Western Australia on implant topics of interest. He has a post-graduate certificate in advanced general clinical dentistry from the University of Adelaide, a fellowship from the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons as well as a post-graduate diploma in Sedation and Pain Management from Sydney’s Westmead Hospital, a teaching hospital of the University of NSW. Dr Herbert has been in the past a key opinion leader in Implantology for Dentsply Australia.
